Laid-back cafe & bar serving coffee, breakfast & sandwiches, plus desserts & cakes....
A nice place to sit outside and enjoy a coffee, brunch or lunch at. Eggs Benedict are an absolute highlight. Grilled Cheese also taste great! The area is calm and family-friendly.
It's a decent average brunch spot and not much more. The location is the highlight, as it is not in the middle of huste and bustle but still quite lively. The atmosphere is below average, with uncomfortable chairs and dated tables, as well as poor lighting and decor. The menu is very limited, only a few options, and the biggest negative are the prices. E.g one small slice of bread topped with avocado creme (not even slices but a house mix), and one spoon of what was called 'pico de gallo' on the menu but on the plate were chopped tomatoes in oil and a few pickeled onion rings (no other pico de gallo ingredients were there), is priced at 12 euros. Almost absurd. To add a poached egg was 2.5 in addition. The service is nice although we waited more than half an hour for our food. The coffee is amazing -smooth and tasty. Overall, would not recommend but if you are in the area it's not the worst choice.
Great eggs Norwegian! It came on a nice slice of sourdough bread. The yolks were still runny, the hollandaise was well made and it had lots of salmon. And it came with a nice little side salad. I didn't have a reservation and they squeezed me in at a nice table overlooking the street. Staff is very friendly. The coffee is good and you can pay by card. Great place!
I recently visited Kaffee.bar in Berlin and had a pleasant experience. The service was friendly, and the staff were welcoming, though the pace was a bit on the slower side. The coffee was solid, with a good balance of flavor. They offer a nice selection of drinks, and itβs clear they take care in crafting each one. Orange jiice was also good. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. While the food selection was limited, what I tried was decent, croissant pistachios. Overall, itβs a nice place for a casual coffee break. Still, worth a visit for those in the area to grab a coffee.
Yess, these royal eggs are amazing. Everything came quick and in good temperature to eat. Service is how I like it. Super friendly, calm, open and respectful. And even itβs delicious, salmon is tasty, eggs came out well, spinach / salat Nicely dressed, the bread could be a bit thicker the taste of the sauce I found a bit neutral, I like the atmosphereβ¦ I am wondering itβs worth the price of 19β¬ for this dish. I miss the extra βkissβ on itβ¦ like something that makes it really special and purely authentic. With some extra love I am happy to give the 5th star for food. Thank you for having me, come back for sure than the coffee is the best.
