To be honest I don't like the store at all, apart from it has loose product dispensers that I can avoid packaging. 1.The fresh produce is normally not so fresh. 2. Staff are not trained. As I always go there specifically for none packaging products, the registers are normally not well trained on how to do it. 3. No team culture! The staff are not friendly (tbh every mean) towards each other. The experienced staff does not spend time to explain how to measure products from dispensers. Therefore new staff needs to ask several times to seek 'help', rather than be coached by steps. Just a guess, the work condition must not be good, otherwise it's very difficult to not have a good team. Maybe the store is always lack staff and too much workload. 4.Miserable check out system! I don't understand why a supermarket cannot invest at least on staff training and update the checkout system to have all products be able to be searched within the system by names. Staff has to check paper and catalogue to do the checkout. This is nonsense! 5.Product selection is limited, especially for vegans. Quite often I can't find what I need. Overall, if there're no dispensers, I won't even go there for shopping. While as this is the only organic store with loose product dispensers in the area, I have no other choice.

Awesome place! A lot of variety and good quality products. I wish they'd expand on the bulk section. Friendly staff. Expect pricy as at any such place
