Bonanza Coffee Heroes

I love their coffee but if you don’t want to sit outside, and I mean during winter nearly impossible, they have not so much space inside. Also their non-caffeine menu nearly doesnt exist. During weekends it’s really busy, so I just come here for takeaways.

i don’t usually review, but i had such a positive experience yesterday that i felt i needed to positively review! over the last times that i’ve visited in the past years, i didn’t experience the best service here, but this time the barista was lovely! he had great coffee knowledge and was very friendly. and the coffee was delish! thanks guys! ❤️

The coffee is just wonderful. The service is quite fast as you make a line, pay and receive your coffee (no table service). The place is quite small and it is very difficult to find a place but they also offer coffee to go. They also sell coffee from around the world: Kenya, Ethiopia, Estonia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, etc. They have a toilet for customers and seats outside. They also sell some cake and cookies. Honestly, their coffee is amazing! It has this chocolaty taste, that makes you want to have three additional cups. I ordered latte this time around and the SIZE of this boy did not disappoint! The cup is like my head. Drank it all. Will come back. Tomorrow.

The flatwhite was tasty, right on point, the Colombian beans never dissappoint. And it was 4€, which is very reasonable for being in Berlin, although the cup was smaller than other shops. The atmosphere was nice and well ventilated (inside), as well as a nice outdoor seatings. It was crowded, and I had to wait for quite a bit, but there were still some seats left. I had to order a takeaway though since I was short on time. Staffs were efficient in handling the orders. They seemed a bit rushed and impatient in the services, but its totally understandable due to the ammount of orders they have to process. Overall good.
