Black Coffee

I’ve stopped by a few times for a coffee to go and have always been satisfied — I really enjoy the taste of their iced Americano and the to-go packaging is well done. However, during my last visit, I noticed a large number of wasps all over the pastry display. I understand it’s summer and sweets attract insects, but the amount was quite excessive and everything overal felt unhygienic. Hopefully they find a way to better manage that, because otherwise it’s a nice little spot.

Nice cute place, we walked around this several times but few times it was closed and few times we were not hungry. But finally we got a chance to go here for small breakfast and I really enjoyed their chicken sandwich, Cappuccino was really great as well, Panini was a bit cheesy for me but it was tasty. The service was great and the owners are nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

A lucky find during my visit to Berlin. Really love the panini. Price is very reasonable too. The owner is very friendly.

It’s pretty difficult to find a lovely cafe these days in Berlin where you feel welcome, can have some nice chit chat with owners and enjoy tasty food in a cozy environment. But Black Coffee is the place I would say :) All dishes they serve are great but I recommend trying Manti (Turkish dumplings)! Wifi + WC available as well

A nice little cafe with outdoor seating available. Here you can order different menus that offer from menemen to bagels. The coffee is good and they also offer fresh orange juice. The food is a bit expensive for the quality you get. It’s possible to get bio and better presented breakfasts-brunch for a similar price. I’d recommend this place for a good cup of coffee while people watching than for eating.
