Bistro Grenzfall

Tourist trap and they don’t speak other languages. Food is very limited but ok prices. Beverages are expensive (3,40€ a small water). They charge to use the toilet. I asked for mayonnaise and gave me mustard saying it was “kinda” mayonnaise. Service was nice and it’s touching the Wall Memorial, which is convenient.

I am a tour guide. Every day, I accompany dozens of people, yet I have never once been offered even a glass of tap water. The staff are consistently rude and impolite. This is, without doubt, the worst place in Berlin. They sell bottles of water for €3.50, while just down the street there is a Späti where you can buy the same for only €1.50.

Very nice bistro! I don’t understand critics for this place. Fresh sandwiches for a very good price. Very nice service!

Can you imagine that they are charging you full but serving you old sandwiches and other stuff even don’t know how long it’s siting there. Costly and bad service on top of that no card delivery.

Came in at 4, the women started closing everything at 4 10. They were not nice , or even knew what they were charging us. Felt as if they wanted us to leave quickly so they could close. 2 more customers came in,and they dispatched them telling them there was no more coffee.
