Acid

The atmosphere ir really lovely. After reading reviews i took cardamom bun and it was definitely the right choice - very soft and delicious. Coffee could be better but i might just not prefer more acidic coffee (and the coffee shops name obviously suggests it :D) the pain au suisse was really crispy and i liked that the cinnamon bun had citrusy glaze but i still preferred the cardamom bun. Would come back definitely.

It is a vibe! Great buns, chocolate one and the cardamon was perfect. The selection of coffee was so satisfying. The staff is so nice and professional, it was a pleasure 🌀

I find Acid very friendly and cozy and they serve great coffee! I was staying for work in Berlin for a few days and it was my go-to spot but it is also one of the favourites by the locals. Service is fast and friendly, after coming for a 3rd day in a row I felt already like a buddy. My favourite pastries are Babka and Cardamon bus, Cheesecake is also great. I’ve been there for both take-away and sitting in. They also have great playlists and a cool spot to watch people, meet with friends or do some writing or reading. I just found this cafe days ago, looks like it’s a new one here in this area. The decoration and style is nice, let me feel like it’s from NYC or some other places from the states. They have outdoor and indoor area, but now it’s winter, it’s too cold to sit out there. In week days, it’s easier to find a table but on weekends, it’s not that easy, I waited for around 20 mins to grab a seat on Sat afternoon.

We loved our time here! So much, that we’re going to go to their other location. 😍 Our drinks and food were both DELICIOUS. I got a matcha (it was exactly how a matcha should be — you can taste the matcha powder and it isn’t ruined by sweetness) and my husband got a filter coffee. We then got a cinnamon roll to share, which was divine — the dough and flavour was 💯 The people were working there were lovely. The barista was from New Zealand which made us so happy as we’re both Kiwis, so it was a bit of home. The atmosphere of the place was great. It was vibing with people, the layout of the place was very aesthetic and pleasing (a nice place to sit down and enjoy your drink/food), and the background music choice was so so good. We leave Berlin in a couple of days but will make a point of either visiting your other location or coming back to this one. Thank you guys! ☺️
