First time trying the coffee here — it tastes really good 👌 Highly recommended.

I like Vivary but in this one the staff is very rude. I ordered sandwiches for two people through the app and arrived at the time they were supposed to pick them up. They told me to wait. It wouldn't be a problem. But after ten minutes, I asked how long I should wait because I didn't expected to stay that long here. They told me it was still very early, although I arrived on time. There were no customers in the hall. They were just chatting among themselves, hanging out with friends, counting their tips, and they could have given the order according to the time in the app, but they ignored me and said it wasn't their problem, contact the app the timing is wrong. When I said that I can't cancel there, asked them to return money or give me the manager's phone number, they completely ignored me.And in the end, the girl at counter started discussing me with her friend in front of me, in Spanish. They think that because I speak English, I don’t understand Spanish, although I said that I can talk with managers in Spanish. I speak Spanish, it’s just not my native language, but she also ignored this, and when I remarked that, she said, “I’m not talking to you,” and continued discussing me with her friend in front of me. I take my bag in the end but with huge delay, and only for 1 person, I ordered for two but this information staff ignored too.

Iced coffee tastes exactly how it looks - disappointment. Weak, watery, and completely lacking in the boldness coffee is supposed to bring. No kick, no depth — just a sad, melted ice in a cup.

Good place to work or spend waiting time. The coffee is nice with wide range of pastries and sandwiches. They don’t offer any halal food (NO HALAL). The internet is available as well for free
