Truly delicious coffee and amazing croissant. I’m really surprised this place is rated so low absolutely deserves higher ratings.

I spent around 7€ for the sandwich so I could find some loong hair inside it.. horrible experience.

I am deeply disappointed in the way that the staff treated my girlfriend. We went in to grab a quick snack at 21:15. Keeping in mind that they close at 22:00, they first told me that the cash register was closed for half of the items on display (however that would work), later they said that my girlfriend is not allowed to use the bathroom because it was cleaned. All of this while I was ordering from a very limited list of items. I was so disgusted with their refusal to let a customer use the bathroom during their scheduled working hours, that I just left in the middle of ordering. Customer service can be trained, but human decency NOT!

This place is a shambles! The food isn’t bad but the place is filthy and the service from the waitresses here is probably one of the worst I have ever experienced. I was told they would bring my food to the table, however, they only brought one of our drinks and left the rest of our food behind sitting at the counter on a tray and left without cleaning our table which had 3 trays piled up from the previous customers nonetheless, so I brought up the latter her attention. She then picked up the trays but left the table dirty as it was. I then had to get up and pick up the food myself as well as ask them to wipe the table as there was also a hair…A very rude younger South American lady came and with a very bad attitude wiped HALF of the table meaning that the hair was still there which I then had to remove myself with my own hands as no tissues were brought over with the food either. Overall, a nice place with potential but unfortunately run very badly and just disgusting wherever you looked at. Bathrooms were more of the same and no soap available. Like someone else said on tripadvisor: extremely rude, lacking in kindness and above all very hostile to tourism, who at the end of the day is where the business from which they eat subsists! Take a look at the pictures and judge by yourself…AVOID!!!

beyond mid smoothie and sandwich. Extremely overpriced and does not look at all like advertised. The staff were also rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing. DO NOT COME HERE if you’re waiting for the train.
