Starbucks

Everything was ESPECIAL, the store it's one of the beauties stores in Barcelona, i need to say thanks to Nicole for her amazing attention, patience and for help us in everything.

We visited this starbucks store in order to enjoy our favourite drinks. I asked for a cold americano with caramel suryp.when we got the drinks i asked for a straw and the girl turned her back. She continued doing other drinks while i was still infront of her waiting for the straw. She then told me that my drink does not require a straw. HUH? Is she the one to decide how people enjoy the drinks they paid for? Or does she know whether i was able to drink it without a straw? There are people with various conditions that straw helps them to live normal. And now toilets…. No soap ,no paper, super dirty. I cannot imagine what happens in the kitchen. The cherry on top when we finally left i try my coffee and there was no caramel suryp inside. This place better be closed or at least hire people who respect guests and the job they have. Plus supervisors from the company to check them. I cannot believe that this line is given to them by starbucks company.

Nice yet, in my opinion , a bit cold place, although with an interesting view to the square. Cakes were around 5€ per piece , coffee is good of course, even very good coffee!! So for this they almost excel. Thanks!

May be they just had a bad day, but coffee was terrible. It is hard to even call it a coffee, rather it was water with slight taste of coffee….How can you mess up coffee from a machine. Plus table upstairs was dirty we had to clean it ourselves so we can sit.
