Karen was so friendly, kind and helpful when ordering! Nice vibe in the cafe and super clean

Racist employees. After ordering a drink, I couldn't get a drink from the front for 20 minutes, so I stood there staring, and I couldn't even get the menu delivered. Especially, female employees with yellow perms need to be trained. Barcelona Starbucks is below par.

This place is really unpleasant to stay and relax with your drinks. It looks so dirty.

I am a big fan of Starbucks but this one total fail this morning. They sold me at least one day old or even older chocolate croissant hard as a rock, they didn’t warm up ham and cheese sandwich, and barely could taste the coffee on my latte. The worst it was a take away order so I couldn’t go back and complaint to get a new order! Lesson learn go local while visiting Barcelona!

Good place to have a coffee. Very close to metro stop universitat and not far from plaça Catalunya. The service I received was top notch
