I bought a sandwich, never received it. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I got the sandwich and ate it(by a completely different person than who took my order). Incompetent staff but at least the atmosphere is decent. Never going back

The manager is extremely rude and abusive. He could yell at you at any moment, touch your belongings and express strong concepts about you. I encourage people to not visit this place. Visit the 365 coffee locations, they treat people as, actually human beings

Good food but horrible service. After ordering €40 of food and drinks they complained because we had a water bottle from outside on the table. Waiters said that someone was monitoring over cameras and asked them to come to us for that water. Either it was a lie and theyare ridicolous or my god what an horrible customer care policy. Either way these 🤡🤡🤡just lost two regular high spending clients I am looking forward to seeing their chatgpt-written comment on this review! Lets see how they explain this one

We came in on a Saturday morning when the place wasn’t even busy, yet the staff were incredibly unhelpful specially the girl with glasses who looks at me with rudeness because the other girl was trying to help me with my order as she misunderstood my drink order. They don’t seem well-trained at all — they took our order incorrectly and didn’t bother to repeat it back before charging us. What we received was a burnt sandwich and a drink served in a glass with chips on the rim. That’s not just careless — it’s unsafe. A broken glass can easily cut someone’s lips. Overall, the service felt chaotic and unprofessional. For a café that wasn’t busy, things shouldn’t be this disorganized. Definitely not worth the money or the risk.

This is my new favorite coffee shop. It literally has everything. It's spacious, has lots of tables, tidy, service is fast, bathroom is clean, and the best part? It closes at 11 P.M. In a city where all coffeeshops close at 9 P.M it's finally nice to find a place to study or work a bit late. Prices are fair, and there's plenty of items to choose from.
