Pony Cafe

The bartender was great. The reason I'm giving Pony a 1 star is because of the "Zion**** not welcome" sticker and pro-Pales**** poster on the wall. Everyone should be welcomed and feel welxomed in a bar. Regardless of the owners views, a bar should be neutral and not discriminate based on an opinion. I'm not a Zion*** but I left upon seeing this. I can't recommend Pony unfortunately, despite being a cool bar.

I liked the bar because of the music and the laid-back atmosphere. The downside is that there are few tables outside. The tasty vermouth for €3 is definitely a plus. For now, it’s my favorite bar in this neighborhood.

Fantastic neighbourhood bar not overcrowded with tourists that had it all: great drinks (lots of mezcal on the menu, thumbs up!), great vibes, friendly staff and the best olives in the known universe. Allegedly.

Pony is one of those locals bars that is just cool. If you’re hungry go next door to Festín but if you want to just chill and chat with good drinks on a less touristy street in Born come here. They pour a mean Vermut too!

Excellent neighbourhood bar. Gets really busy at the weekends and it is a tiny place so be warned! Regular beer on tap but they usually have amazing local bottled beer for decent prices (3,50). Great music played and just a great atmosphere.
