Organic Ume

The price is very good, the place is lovely and clean, the food is delicious and the owner is so lovely! She gave us a lot of good information and tips to go sightseeing around. It is close to Hotel San Pau (I was there).

The food is not good. I tried "vegan burger" that was not even a burger and vegan tiramisu, both not tasty at all. I did not feel well after eating. The staff is friendly, but they don't understand much. The atmosphere is nice though. I hope you read reviews before (not) going here, I didn't and it was a mistake.

We went for a lunch with friends in town. We ordered the Pad Thai, paella, bombas, Hummus and poke bowl. It took a long time for food to arrive and we didn't enjoy anything. We tried to eat the food but it was horrible. The poke bowl didn't arrive and I asked to cancel it as the other food was so bad but they told me I couldn't. Very disappointed. I understand its not the waitress' fault but they need to sit down and fix the food menu or close down. I don't write bad reviews often but this was terrible.

Absolutely disgusting. This has to be one of the worst vegan restaurants I’ve ever been too. Service was poor and slow and we asked to cancel one of the dishes because it took so long and they refused. Look at the state of what they referred to as Pad Thai, firstly it’s pasta. Secondly there was no vegetables. This is the first time in my life I’ve ever left a full plate of food after having to pay for it. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had!

The person serving us was super nice, and I had a fruit juice which was absolutely delicious. But, although the food was technically edible, it was pretty bad. If the waitress hadn't been so bright and friendly I would have made a complaint, but I didn't want her to feel bad 🙈 We were a big group, so it's normal to expect to wait longer, but we had booked the table in advance and not asked to pre-order, but then when we arrived it was absolute chaos because they weren't able to cope with our order.
