Terrible! They now don't allow you beyond the entrance door with a dog. The manager Estafania Goana and staff holds useless position of just saying NO and customer service is no longer a priority once they moved to the new store. Having a prescription for coffee with them makes me feel like I am paying them to treat me badly. Telling me to stand outside the shop and place my order. It was not like this before!!! They say they can't do anything but the manager should realise what her job is - to help customers have the best experience and to come back! If she can't do anything she should try to talk to who can seeing as she told me they have this issue daily! It's either a lack of competence or willingness to serve customers so rather make them feel unwelcome. Sad really in 2025 this exists when some "dog friendly" restaurants in the mall allow small dogs at tables inside. Do better!!!

Better to offer than asking if you’re gonna buy in the store , could be better in client attention . Vanilla with pistachio mix , a good choice
