Miam

Definitely the best breakfast we had while in Barcelona, our waitress was super busy but still found a way to smile and check on all the tables. We normally only go once to each place while on vacation to get a taste for different places but this was so good we went back and will definitely be returning. Both times where just as great.

We were going to another brunch place when we saw Miam. Beautifully decorated with lots of space between tables so you can talk. Finally! Well they serve the best cappuccino I have had in Barcelona and dare I say Rome? It was perfect. I had the chicken Milanese sandwich with potatoes and my friend had the breakfast burrito. We swapped halves and I have to admit they were both delicious. We were not only able to enjoy our talk but the food, service and setting made it the perfect meal.

MIAM Barcelona was a fantastic stop on our way home from school before exploring the area around the Sagrada Família. The café has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to settle in, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or lingering over coffee. We ordered a generous spread—breakfast burrito, banana, pancake, salmon and avocado toast, French toast, and an Iberian ham sandwich—and every dish was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. The savory items were especially well balanced, while the French toast and pancake added a perfect sweet touch. The passionfruit juice was bright and refreshing, and the coffees were excellent, rounding out the meal nicely. Overall, MIAM Barcelona felt like the ideal neighborhood café: reliable quality, a diverse menu, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a great place to refuel before sightseeing, especially if you’re heading to or wandering around the Sagrada Família area. Highly recommended for breakfast or brunch. ☕🥑

My wife and I flew in to Barcelona early in the morning and we found Marmot was just around the corner from our hotel after dropping off our bags. We had the Iberian Toast and French Toast with cappuccino and a raspberry cheesecake to end on a sweet note. The food was amazing and the service warm and friendly. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area!

Absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was super fresh and full of flavour. The savoury dish was perfectly balanced, rich and comforting, while the pancakes were light, fluffy and beautifully presented — not too sweet, just right. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Portions were generous, presentation was lovely, and every bite was genuinely enjoyable. Would happily come back again — highly recommended!
