Matalaranya

Highly recommended. We stumbled upon Matalaranya following a visit to Casa del la Puntxes. It is part of the same building and carries the same impeccable design and ambiance. We had 2x the daily lunch menu priced at E12.50 each. Three courses plus bottled mineral water or wine. Great food and very nice service. We returned 5 days later and it was just as good. Unbelievable value and quality.

Food was bomb! The waitress (English and Spanish) suggested food to eat and avoid, and made us feel very comfortable. Gotta have the risotto and the steak. So bomb! Also no tourists, all locals but it wasn’t full on a Saturday night. Great place to get away from the crowd and have a great bite. Guys, real talk, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!

Food is absolutely fabulous. We had Ravioli, Risotto, cod fish, duck, salmon tartar n beef tartar. All 6 was fantastic. Small shop very few customers but great food.

The warmest service in Barcelona delivers delicious food. Come on over. We are sorry we did not find this until almost our last day. Wishing you the best!
