L'espiga d'or

Great coffee, cheap and efficient. We tried the juice and sandwiches. They open early and don't look like much from the outside, but the quality is good and the waitress is very friendly.

Good place for a quick coffee and croissant, it's very well located, good service, sad atmosphere but it doesn't matter.

A pretty bad experience, at least from my point of view. I went because I was passing by and needed to use the restroom urgently, so I stopped and, of course, ordered a sandwich—nothing special, but it wasn't bad. I got into an argument with the waitress because I asked for a small sip of tap water, and she said "from the tap," we understood each other perfectly. Well, she charged me 20 cents for the water, and when I complained, she told me she'd give me bottled water and charge me for it. I thought that was something that had never happened to me anywhere, not even when I'd worked in customer service. It's not about the money (it's 20 cents), it's the fact that it was rude, that it caused an argument, and that they were taking advantage of people. I thought it was awful. Anyway, I'll leave it up to each person to decide, but I definitely don't recommend it. Besides, the sandwich wasn't anything to write home about either...

Very honest and great quality. We are two tourists staying in this part of town and this was the best sandwhich we could find. Inexpensive and good quality. The bread and Jamon was fresh, coffee was also good. Would totally reccomend to anyone staying in the area or anyone passing nearby

If you're not looking, you'll miss it, which is a shame because it's a great place to stop and have a good illy coffee.
