L'Brasseria

Honestly, I expected much more for the price: over 100 euros for just 3 dishes. The only highlight were the braised beef cannelloni; everything else was quite average, even below average considering the price point. The service was poor and definitely not up to the standard they try to project. Overall, if you’re curious, you can try it once, but I wouldn’t go back. The food is nothing special — you can eat much better for less money elsewhere.

Our first night in Barcelona, and we were recommended to come to El Nacional. We thought La Brasseria's menu looked most inviting, and we were not disappointed! The wine selection was superb, and the food was delicious. To top it off we had the delectable apple tatin. Antonio's service was terrific.

Place is beautiful. A candy for the eyes. Although is feels tourist. Apart from the locals having a drink by the central counter / bar. Between the 3 restaurants : seafood, beef and tapas, we preferred to try j The tapas one ( no reservations and after 8pm, they are 20ons wait minimum) We recommend: Anything with ham Voll damn draft beer Squid Pricea are higher than in other local places, ... So for a couple of beers and 4 shared tapas, we pay 30.per person. Check the pictures. Recommended for a nice experience with some tourist friends.

Our party of four dined here on 21 September and had a wonderful evening! We started with gazpacho, shared the 90-day dry aged Spanish beef ribeye, green salad, grilled veggies and a couple bottles of outstanding Spanish wine and topped it off with basque cheesecake and chocolate lava cake. Our waiter, Antonio, was fun and friendly and added to what was a delightful experience. Would highly recommend La Braseria!

I went there today. The place is pretty, and the staff is very kind and attentive, so the hospitality was impeccable from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait long to be served drinks. I felt that the main courses were a bit limited; I was expecting a bit more, but the choices are still quite varied. I had chicken and potatoes: the dish was good, but it was a little lacking in salt and seasoning. The chicken and potatoes were well cooked, but there were only four slices of potato. There was also good music playing in the background. Overall, it was a good experience.
