The reviews insisting this is the best and most authentic tapas you’ll find are either wildly overgenerous or written by people with a long and tragic history of bad meals. The pinxos look nice, sure, but everything is left to congeal in the open air, then anointed with oil as if that might bring it back to life. Dry bread. Cold fillings. A pervasive greasiness that somehow manages to coexist with flavourlessness. Spanish McDonald’s, but without the discipline or the heat lamps. Maybe it's just us. The couple at the next table are having a lovely time, feeding each other and giggling like they’re in a perfume ad. We came here after an afternoon of walking, hungry and hopeful, lured in by a chorus of glowing reviews that now feel like an organised prank. This was disappointing to the point of irritation. Eat literally anywhere else, even the place you dismissed five minutes earlier would have been the better call.

Just awesome. Period. Leave the tourist places and get yourself to carrer de Blai... And go here. Amazing food, great, friendly service, and aa amazing place. Skip the tourist crap near the old city and get out to the real Barcelona.

Of all the restaurants on Blai, this has to be my favorite. The unique flavors of each dish should not be missed. The service from Sarah is exceptional. Make sure to stop by as you do "Pinchos on Blai".

Nice experience. Interesting serving style. The food was alright. I would go again, nice place to hangout with friends.

I think this is how you should enjoy tapas and drinks like locals in Barcelona . Of course you can order from the menu but there are also tapas buffet where you can choose whichever you want, starts from 1.9euro . Me personally will order from the menu but you have to try this experience . Notes from me is you have to enhance a little bit for the tapas buffet . Sangria! Oh i love it!
