I booked a 5 night stay through Agoda and they have been completely non-responsive to inquiries made by Agoda and me. I have received ZERO response from them since I booked about 3 weeks ago. They then removed the listing from Agoda and have not communicated with me at all. I cancelled my stay as I do not trust them at all and am concerned whether my booking is even confirmed or if they will even send me any check-in info. Beware! Terrible customer service.

I stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The facilities and the building are new and modern, as is the décor. The building has a small gym and a great rooftop where you can watch the sunset. My apartment was spacious and well equipped—ideal for both short and long stays. Location-wise, it’s close to restaurants and some nightclubs, but it isn’t the best area in Bogotá, so it’s advisable not to walk around certain nearby areas. I’ve seen comments about daily cleaning, but keep in mind this is not a hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. (I booked via Booking.com already knowing this concept) Communication by WhatsApp’s was easy an effective since you don’t have a reception. There are only the security guards. My WiFi worker perfectly! The mattress + bed quality can improve!

The flat was exactly what we needed when we arrived into Bogotá after a long flight. The flat was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The gym was good too. The security at the front desk were always very engaging and friendly and the ground floor had a range of eating options which were suitable for vegan/vegetarian diets. The location is great with an energetic nightlife in chapinero with a more calm and classy feel across the Carrera. Great value for money.

The space is amazing, it has 24 hour coworking and a good offer of places to eat on its first floor, it is close to markets and restaurants one street up BUT be careful with your Host, your experience in this place will depend on it. For example: I stayed with a man named Mateo and my month here was NOT COMFORTABLE at all, however the next month I went to another hoster and I understood that they do offer you quality.

Best hotel in Bogota. Facilities are perfect and all brand new, Manuel at the reception is so kind and nice. And the price is great. They have all the kitchen facilities and great places to work at 2nd floor too. I can say it would be very hard to find better places in Bogota. One of the best accommodations ever in my life
