Granola

I've dined there several nights. Very quiet. Super friendly, they cook whatever you want. The best thing is the staff, from 1 to 10. I give them a 12. I highly recommend it.

The waiter, a young man, was polite at first, and we had a good feeling about him. But then the sandwiches arrived, and they seemed recycled—a classic pork loin and cheese sandwich, but with caramelized onions, no tomato, and cheap yellow cheese. What a terrible experience! I imagine the owner isn't even there. When I complained, he seemed to think the young waiter had never heard the words "sorry."

I don't usually go there even though I work next door, but the other day I went with a colleague and the truth is the combined plate wasn't bad at all.

A month ago I had the same thing: a coffee and a small chocolate bar, they charged me 2.50, today they charged me 3.80, I don't know if the manager is aware of this, why are they robbing people? :/

It's a decent place to grab a quick bite, but honestly, the service and products aren't up to par with what they could be. In my opinion, they lack attention to detail and a little more care for quality. It's not that it's bad, it just doesn't stand out. In a place with so much traffic and so much potential, a little more enthusiasm and professionalism is needed. I hope they take this as constructive criticism, because they could improve a lot with just a little.
