Gloria bean's coffee

A small, quiet breakfast bar with no details that make it different from the rest, but I do want to highlight that the person in charge is very nice with an unusual energy, and an extraordinary disposition. For that reason alone, I know I'll be back.

Very friendly hostess

The lady comes over and we order some bravas. She practically speaks to us in Chinese (I don't think she even spoke any), and so as not to offend her, we ask for a coffee. Four minutes later, she comes over with the worst coffee I've ever tasted and almost spills it on me. Terrible.

If you want good coffee, don't go here. The coffee is sweet, and the owner insulted me several times because I mentioned it was sweet. She told me I have "a bad mouth" and that I "don't speak Spanish well." A terrible customer experience. The orange juice was good, and it's a place where you can enjoy the sun almost all day, but I wouldn't recommend anything else. It's a shame because I live nearby and thought I'd found a new place with friendly people, but the first rule of business is to respect and listen to your customers. She has many older customers, so this review won't affect her business much, but I hope she takes note and listens more to her customers when there's a problem with the coffee. The coffee shop "is okay" and a five-minute walk away is highly recommended.
