Weekday mornings are the quietest
The waitresses in the morning were polite. The counter was half empty. The place was clean and cool, with good air conditioning. The coffee... well... for the price they charge, they should have better coffee, like Illy or a similar brand, but it should be in a non-refillable can. I value coffee a lot, and I ordered a large one, but it barely tasted like coffee. IT'S SELF-SERVICE. What you see in my photo cost 4 euros. I'm sorry to say, I don't think I'll be back.
A bakery as shown on the sign from 1896, I'm not from the area but when I'm around I always buy bread, cakes and some other pastries from the many they make.
Great local bakery. Super service.
Finally bread that tastes like bread! whole wheat, rye, buckwheat, spelt, many others. Sure, there is usually a line but I never had to wait too long. Besides, there is a reason why there is a line, they seem to be a genuinely artisanal bakery. Their empanadas and pastries are also excellent. I walk 1.5 km from Sant Andreu just to get their products and it is well worth the walk.
A real bakery, no secrets, just like always. A thousand kinds of bread, pastries, and cakes that never disappoint. Regular breads, specialty breads, and seasonal sweets (flatbreads, ring-shaped cakes...). Without a doubt, the best in the neighborhood, and I hope it stays that way for a long time. 100% recommended; once you try it, you'll be back for more :)
