I've shopped there several times; I find some really nice clothes and the quality is good. The prices are reasonable and the woman who works there is very friendly; she always helps me choose and find things.

Things are a mess everywhere, and there's zero customer service. They don't even speak Spanish, and the prices keep changing. It's a crazy store; it's best not to go in. Unless you have a lot of time to waste.

So rude

I'm going to try to be as polite as possible. Today, a friend of mine went to this store. She wanted to try on some clothes, and the fat-phobic clerk snatched the item out of her hands, telling her, not only through actions but also verbally, that it wasn't worth it for her to continue trying on anything else. I don't know what kind of employees you have, but I'd think about the kind of people who serve the public. Why is their treatment of customers so disgraceful?
