Very nice café, perfect to study, grab something for breakfast, lunch and any drinks available. Fair prices and good quality!! The only disappointment would be the matcha.

the coffee is very (very) good but they don’t give the option to use white sugar. brown sugar adds bitter after-taste that ruins the coffee imo. I appreciate offering brown sugar to whoever likes it but forcing it as the only option isn’t for me.

I’ve been a regular customer at Faborit, but what happened recently was honestly shocking. I had taken the salt to my table and simply forgot to put it back. Apparently another customer asked for it, and instead of addressing the situation calmly, one of the employees came to me and spoke in a very aggressive and loud tone. It felt completely rude and unnecessary , and everyone at my table was shocked. Few minutes after, I went to get a cover for my salad and tried to respond to her, she raised her voice at me again. When I told her I didn’t want to continue the conversation because of her behaviour, she replied, “no one is talking to you but me,” in an even more hostile way. What made the situation worse was that none of the staff intervened while she was yelling. Some simply watched in silence. Only at the very end did another employee approach, but by then everything had already escalated. I also sent a written complaint through Faborit’s website and to another email I found, but never received a reply or even a basic apology. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable. Very disappointing and disrespectful experience. I will never be returning !!

I really love this place! The coffee is of great quality, and every cup comes with latte art made with care. The staff, especially the manager, are very friendly without being overly familiar. The food is also excellent. Although I selfishly hope it doesn’t get too crowded, it truly deserves a better rating.

Needed brunch and this was perfect as all 4 of us were able to get what we wanted. The food was fresh, tasty and felt really healthy. The smotthie/juices were great and the ease of ordering and collection made the whole experience very enjoyable.
