Lovely service, and cheap. They unfortunately don't speak English well, only Spanish, Wenzhounese and Mandarin.
Just for survival mode
Service is really good once you have been more than once. Frittata is made fresh daily and is so cheap. Cafe con leche is hot too
Beers are cheap, but the food is not good consistently. The bathrooms upstairs are like entering a sauna in the summer.
