El Pintxo de Petritxol

We got there just as it opened. It was as early and basically no one there yet. I had several tapas and a carajillo (Baileys & coffee), a good eye opener for a good morning. The selection of tapas that morning was really good. The young lady that opened the restaurant (21Dec25) was very nice and willing to work with our limited knowledge of Spanish. She also helped me find the name of the Baileys & coffee. Overall an awesome experience and I will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends. On my list to return to when we go back to Barcelona

The food was a straight scam for how bad it was. Ordered pig tail surf and turf, which was extremely oily and had no seasoning besides salt. Somehow they decided to fry serrano ham and turn it into bacon? Ordered this turbot too and while at least the fish was fresh enough, there simply was not any seasoning and once again it was beyond drenched in oil and made it very hard to eat. Please do not make the same mistake and come here, go next door to get yourself a sweet treat for lunch instead.

We stumbled upon this place as well were walking around, killing time before we got our room. We were a bit hungry and saw the inviting pinxos and walked in. We had a beer and a glass of rose and a bunch of different pinxos. The ones will chorizo were my favorite! The service was very friendly. I would recommend this place

Good experience overall. Did feel slightly touristy - paella, patatas bravas and ham were good choices. Sangria was quite tasty also. Unsure about the garden salad. Service was friendly and we were given free shots at the end (and also asked for a google review while at the shop).

The food was absolutely delicious! I especially loved the seafood paella – it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and Abbas was exceptionally personable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. :)
