Not tourist friendly!!! The lady in front gave us such an attitude!!! They didn't understand the order and acted as if it was our fault for not speaking Spanish. No apologies, no professionalism, AVOID !

Unless you speak Spanish, avoid at all costs. The rudeness of the stuff is off limits. They suggested to us that even if we are tourist we need to learn Spanish. Message to owner: the lady and the guy need to be given a customer service lesson. At best they need disciplined and at worst fired. Very unpleasant experience :(((

Absolutely not tourist friendly! We don’t speak Spanish - they don’t speak anything other than Spanish. Was told that we are in Spain and should speak Spanish. Rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming. Did not end up eating as they could not understand the order.

Great coffee and amazing pastry. Service is outstanding. Beautifully decorated.
