We ordered a toogoodtogo at 9 pm and they weren't even open because of vacation we didn't know about. Very disappointed because of simple scam and no money back. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a sandwich, and it wasn't very tasty. The bread was hard, rubbery, and didn't seem fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the plus side, it was cheap.

Very bad. Four months ago, I sat on one of the chairs placed on the terrace step and fell. I fractured my shoulder in four places, and they required surgery and a plate, with all the complications that this can entail. I've been in rehabilitation for over three months and still haven't regained mobility. My life has changed a lot during this time; I haven't been able to do the things I enjoy, like painting, or live my normal life. I complained by sending them a certified letter after trying to process it through the city council, and to my surprise, they refused to accept it. According to the postal worker, they didn't want to take it, returning it to me exactly as I sent it, without even having been opened. The truth is, I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated in light of my situation.

They seem nice but the quality, cleanliness and price are not very good: the tomato at L'entrepà was sour, and the price a little above the competition.
