This is the gym that you need for your training, professional and fun. The coaches are wonderful and always ready to help if you have any questions or when they spot any problem in the movements. A super nice community here with lovely people. Highly recommended if you want to make some progress and meet new people!
Really disappointing experience. Staff didn’t speak any English and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming - almost discriminatory if you’re not local. I left before the end of the class, and I’ve since seen others mention the same thing. Sad, because the space itself looks decent-ish.
I moved to Barcelona and was looking for a gym near my house for CrossFit with an English-speaking trainer. I read the reviews, wrote to the gym via WhatsApp, and asked several times if they spoke English. I received an answer that the training is in Spanish, but the trainer speaks English and will be able to explain everything to me. I booked a trial lesson. When I arrived at the gym, the trainer immediately said that he didn’t speak English and didn’t know about my arrival. Then he intensely avoided me, even avoiding eye contact. The gym is quite shabby, without natural light, the atmosphere is not very motivating for intense sports. I came to the WOD, which turned out to be a pretty relaxed bar training, for the first 15 minutes we learned how to hold a wooden bar and squat correctly. The overall drive and energy of the workout was quite relaxed, I left after 20 minutes.
Great gym that has both crossfit and bootcamp classes! The coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are in Spanish, but coaches are happy to also provide English instruction. Good sense of community, tons of classes all week, and a great value! Would highly recommend!
Nice gym with absolutely lovely coaches! I would say that most of the members haven't been doing crossfit for too long, but the workouts are still challenging enough (although sometimes the technique part of the classes might be a bit too basic if you are familiar with all the movements). The strength parts were often quite quick with loads of reps - I would've perhaps preferred heavier weights with fewer repetitions at times, but it was still fun. Overall, they seem to have a nice community, and the coaches really want to see you get better. :)
