Caffe San Marco

Absolutely loved the atmosphere, was searching a place like that for a while. A place to sit and read and chill. Also, laptop-friendly. Staff is polite and super nice. Will definitely be back!

Bad service and bad quality pizza. They overcharged because we asked for menu pizza without dessert and ended up charging us for drinks and pizzas separately. Pizza 4 seasons says it has artichoke, even though there was only 1 piece size of 2cm. It had a random spicy sauce on one cut, menaning either bad preparation practices or cross-contamination. The person who got it can't eat spices due to health issues and ended up not being able to finish the pizza because of it. Distribution of the toppings was abysmal on all pizzas. One of us ordered only a small starter pasta and was charged 8 euros randomly. Waitress is rude, walked away angrily while we were trying to explain what we ordered to charge correctly.

The coffee is very good. We had an expresso and a latte, nice service

I had dinner there last night - The food is not amazing but the service is very friendly and its cheap.

This place is best avoided. My expectations for food and service were not high, just a last minute lunch while visiting a very ill relative in the nearby hospital. Average food I could have forgiven, but the waiter was openly hostile and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. He brought the food in a weird order, so we had to sit and watch our mains get cold while we ate our starters. At the end he couldn't print the bill so we had to take his word for the amount, no apology, no explanation, not even a handwritten receipt. Nothing. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else.
