A good library. Everything was very clean and I had free wi fi. I needed a place to stay for some 5 hours before my flight and this place was great. Some very rare books

Open even on Saturday and Sunday, very quiet and good for reading and working. After that you can climb up to the bunker of Carmel and enjoy the view

I used to study here after school…It’s quiet, has free internet, and enough space. Security guards are always present, which is good. But there aren’t enough charging spots for laptops... Also, I noticed some homeless people inside with a strong smell, which made it uncomfortable at times

Big library. There are lots of people inside, studying, reading, searching, exploring or just socializing with friends... lots of books. In three floors with elevator....

The library was named after a Catalan writer called Jaume Fuster, and it was built between the years 2001-2005. This library is in Lesseps square. It's a modern building with enormous windows, and this allows a lot of light inside. When you enter you can find a Café on the right; that is the only noisy zone. On the left, there is another room where you can relax reading magazines, next to it, there is the reception, where you are given your own library card and you can ask for doubts. It also has toilettes and there's an exhibition zone. On the right, you can find the children's space, which is always noisier than other parts in the library. Here children can read some tales and use the computers, and specially there are lots of movies. The library has got three more floors, and they are full of books shelves , tables and computers. There is also an auditory on the ground floor, and it is used for events like "the Floral games". As a summary, it is a great place to relax and take your mind off, and a place where you can concentrate on doing your homework.
