Service was friendly. But very expensive beer and food. The food was awful. Everything was from a frozen packet and completely overpriced. They prefer you pay by cash...mmm

Got refused service by these people because we spoke english. She said they were closed and everyone laughed at us. She was pouring a pint at the same time and the bar closes at 2. Its 12.30. Barcelona hates tourists but unfortunately they don’t realise that they need them.

A lovely and peaceful spot, serving delicious local tapas. The service was a bit rushed, as there was only one person handling both the inside and the terrace. With some sunshine, it’s the perfect place!

Stumbled across this yummy tapas place after receiving bad service from elisabets (which is right opposite). Escac has quite a few vegetarian options and extensive tapas menu in English! Service was great too. theres 15% surcharge for sitting out on the Terrace.

The tapas dishes are very tasty and quite large, especially the octopus. Sangria is also good. Service can be a bit slow, but the waiters are nice.
