Beautiful cafe overlooking the old Expo campus, but the current National Art Museum of Catalunya. Decent, sweet & savory options are served to you pretty quickly with a smile! I ordered the banana and granola yogurt, which was rich in flavor and texture, along with a Cafe con Leche. If you’re in the area, give this place a shot for a nice relaxing time.
We had two cappuccino, staff were polite, but the atmosphere was not perfect. But I recommend this place for a quick coffee.
The best foccacia with healthy and hearty options in all of Barcelona. This is a chain so it's almost everywhere in the city. If you're a tourist or new to Barcelona, there's no point of going somewhere else for breakfast/lunch/brunch to experiment if you're undecided. Courteous multilingual staff, clean and well maintained facilities, well ventilated.
I stopped in for a quick bite at Buenas Migas near Plaça d’Espanya. The line moves fast, which is great-but if you're not familiar with their menu or what's in the display case, it can be a bit overwhelming to make a quick decision. They offer a variety of options, including salads, sandwiches, focaccia-style pizzas, desserts, and more. I felt a little pressure at the counter and ended up choosing a focaccia pizza I thought had mozzarella, but it actually had brie. Not my usual pick, but it was still good-quality, just not quite my taste. The setup is casual. You order at the counter and bring your food to a table yourself. Seating fills up quickly, so if you're with someone, it's smart to have one person grab a table while the other orders. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quick snack or light meal on the go. I’d recommend scoping out the menu or case options before hopping in line to make sure you get exactly what you want.
We were looking for a quick bite near our hotel and we stumbled up this resto. It's my first time tasting foccaccia as pizza crust. The foccaccia was done perfectly well and i thoroughly enjoyed it. My only problem was the sanitation of the place. I found a hair on my foccaccia and another one on my dessert. The tables were not too clean and the servers were in a bit of a disarray during lunch rush. They also offer other food such as pastas, salads etc. If you are in a hurry and want a quick bite, you get what you pay for here. I'd be more inclined to try the other dishes again if the place were a bit more organized and cleaner
