Horrible! Very unprofessional. Although the food is good and I'd been a customer for years, I had a terrible experience last July. I placed a catering order for my son's birthday 15 days in advance, and on the day of the birthday, I called them (because they're usually late). They told me they were "very sorry, but they couldn't deliver my order because they forgot to write it down." With the party all set up and the guests arriving, I demanded a solution, and they called me 40 minutes later to tell me to come pick it up myself because they didn't have enough staff to make the delivery. The result: The order was wrong (different products, less than what I paid for), greasy from being fried in a rush, and to top it all off, they charged me for delivery after I had to drive all the way across Barcelona and waste an hour going to pick it up. I sent them a copy of the invoice, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Two weeks passed without a response. I wrote to them again, and they still haven't replied. They didn't even apologize for the mistake. They've lost a customer, and she used to recommend them to many people. Unforgivable!

The only thing is that the hours don't match what they say. I went at 8:50 p.m. and it was already closed.

Good food and nice service. Love it.
