8 AM and they're constantly banging glasses and plates together, all in a bad mood… it creates a terrible atmosphere. The coffee is awful, burnt, and they make more than one cup of coffee in the same pot 💀. We won't be back and we won't recommend it.

Formal Complaint Regarding Service at Your Cafeteria I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your cafeteria. This is not an isolated incident; this situation has occurred on several occasions, which is why I feel it necessary to file this formal complaint. On repeated visits, the cashier has displayed an unprofessional and, at times, downright discourteous attitude. In addition to frequently making mistakes with orders, she gives the impression of being in a hurry to collect payment without allowing customers to calmly decide what they want to order. Even when there are no other customers waiting, her attitude is uncomfortable and creates an unpleasant experience. Furthermore, I believe the order management system should be reviewed. The current method—taking payment first and then announcing orders loudly from another counter—causes constant confusion. On more than one occasion, the order is not heard clearly, and customers end up having to ask again what they ordered, which increases the disorganization and frustration. Furthermore, there is a frequent lack of clean spoons. On several occasions, I've had to wait for a drink to be cleaned because, initially, only one wooden stirrer is provided, which isn't suitable for all customers or all drinks. I sincerely believe it would be advisable to rethink the organization of the service and customer service, as the current experience is far from satisfactory. I trust you will take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service.

The staffs are always in the bad mood and looks angry or unhappy I dunno. And the way they talk to the customers is so rude. Something wrong with them. I will never come back again.

I like the interior, it looks so good on the inside it’s calling you to order a drink and chill and enjoy the vibes. Unfortunately, staff and service is so bad it just begs you to leave a review. The ladies behind bar are already in a bad mood, at 8 in the morning. I asked one of the ladies to reheat the croissant and she did it without a fuss. I had my first sip of matcha which wasn’t even that hot when I saw the inside of the cup dirty. So I got up and informed the other lady, and she was like “no no no, it’s not dirty, maybe from a stain because of tea, we wouldn’t serve it dirty.” I apologise for the inconvenience but she kept saying “no, it’s not dirty.” I said my concern quietly but she kept talking back in a loud voice. She made another matcha, put it in a glass saying it’s clean, and dumped my dirty cup in the sink loudly.
