Bodega Bar Ermita

Stumbled upon this unassuming place almost by coincidence as I was staying in nearby hotel and looking for a bit of local flavour. And wow! Food quality and quantity is beyond reproach, price reasonable, and the whole place leaves a genuine "we care about our customers" vibe. So much so, that I came back 2 days in a row, once I had a veal steak and the second time paella. Both were done to perfection. The whole time I was there people were walking in-and-out buyng fresh and prepared food as takeout, so it looks like the place is well regarded in the neigbourhood. Would recommend Ermita without hesitation.

I had an incredible dining experience here. The Galician grilled steak was absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. If you are in Barcelona and looking for authentic Galician cuisine, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

A traditional restaurant serving high-quality products. Generous portions, bold flavors—everything is truly excellent. I highly recommend it, especially coming from someone who deeply appreciates cuisine and its traditions. You can go with your eyes closed!

Grilled lamp chops were super tender and well seasoned. Had my last plate of acorn fed iberico ham here before our flight
