Bar Cafeteria Tomate Algo

Fantastic place, we stumbled across this well located restaurant after a long day on the trains, and it was so good we had to come back for dinner. The food was great, the drinks were reasonably priced and made with better alcohol than normal. Our waitress, Hanane, was great as well, and even put up with my Dad’s insistence at using broken spanish, despite her great english.

Best sangria and tapas I’ve had in Barcelona. Great atmosphere and amazing staff. Special shoutout to Ahmed, who made the experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Definitely recommend.

The square is surrounded by many similar places. Some of them even had queues, but honestly, with this place available, I couldn’t understand why people were waiting elsewhere. The anchovies, potatoes, calamari, and the other snacks we had were all delicious. The sangria had a wonderful aroma thanks to the ingredients inside. It was more than just good, it was memorable. Special thanks to Hanane for her kind help and excellent service. This is exactly the kind of warm and friendly attitude I love to see in places like this. Overall, the seating area was clean and well-organised, the food was spot on, and the service was high quality. I would definitely recommend this place.

The food was amazing! And the view is breathtaking. Mema took great care of us and made our night very fun!

Came for breakfast with a group of 5 with no wait time. Food was tasty but a bit pricey for the small portion size. Nice view with terrace seating. And although not on the menu they managed our request for a hot chocolate!
