The bar is really cute and the waiters were really thoughtful, gave you time to not overwhelm you, but at the same time, they were active and helpful if asking for something. What we ordered was also delicious and got full. If you're looking for a cozy breakfast in Poble Sec this is ideal. --- The menu was in Catalan, Spanish and English. What a nice place to spend an hour enjoying a really good coffee and tasty breakfast. The service was fast, the people who work there are friendly and relaxed, the atmosphere is very predisposing. They dont do reservations, but also it wasn't very busy (around 10 o'clock on Thursday).

Waaauw this place was simply amazing. We came in for a quick brunch and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly, the athmosphere was relaxed and the food was so amazing. We both tried the advocado toast and the maple syrup waffle we recommend!

We had a truly wonderful brunch at Molinet Cafè Antic in Barcelona. The pistachio cream pancakes and avocado toast with scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious! Fresh, beautifully presented with seasonal fruit, and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always attentive and making sure we knew we hadn’t been forgotten, even when it was busy. What made the experience even more special was that it happened to be my husband’s birthday, and they marked the occasion in such a thoughtful way. The café itself has a warm, cosy and welcoming atmosphere with charming décor that makes you want to linger. A perfect spot for brunch, we’ll definitely be back!

THE BEST BREAKFAST CAFE IN ALL OF BARCELONA! The best service, the best owners, and the most delicious food!!! A friend who lives nearby introduced me to this place, and I'm so glad she did. I’ve been to Barcelona twice for work, and both times I had breakfast here every single day. I seriously miss having a place like this in Madrid. I was a bit sad that they removed the hash browns from the menu, but honestly — it doesn’t even matter. The selection is huge, and the staff is so flexible and kind — they’ll make anything you ask for. Well, at least they did for me 🤭
