Carol, Sebas and Carla are amazing. I visit this coffee shop almost every day, and the service is always excellent. The staff greets me with a warm smile and friendly attitude every single time. What I really appreciate is that they already know my usual order and start preparing it without even needing to ask. It makes me feel valued as a customer and shows how attentive and professional they are. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and truly wonderful service – highly recommended!

Come here for years, spending hundreds of euros each year. This morning a short latina woman treated me like I was some bum, only because I pointed out which exact sandwich I wanted to have without touching it ofc (it was even wrapped in plastic). I told her to not behave like this to me. She literally said she had no respect for me! So this is the kind of people they are hiring here now? I never had any problems with the other staff, usually they're very friendly but this (new) woman's behavior was way out of line. Only because I am a brown person? That’s the vibe she was giving me. It's the last time I went to this place. Unacceptable behavior. I left without buying something obviously

Popped in for an Iberico Ham Bocadillo. Food was good, service polite and efficient. The premises was clean.

Coffee place with worst coffee ever. Just made coffee in the photo. If you think it looks bad, won't imagine how it tastes. I will leave it. Toilets smell really bad and dirty. Waiter rude. Good job guys
