True Coffee

Staff can not speak english but she tried to communicate to me via gg translate. Perhaps because of hard communication, i did not explain me about my problem. I showed me a package 399baht to register one certificate. And maintain this package at least 3 months. I did not agree. I only knew my issue when I asked the other staff who can speak english. She was friendly but she did not do exactly her mission. No explain clearly for customer.

Manager asks, what are you here for. I said I will buy sim card to buy new number. He presses number and let us wait over 1h with out newborn.. Then employee says we don't sell sim cards and tell us to go to the other side of the city. Worst service and experience ever. Don't come here.

Customer service is terrible at this store. I went to this shop in January 2023 while I was working in Chamchuree. I wanted to find a SIM card. (Online True Technical Customer Support suggested I buy a SIM because they were unable to install Giga Fibre at my house. A SIM for Internet use has to be purchased in order for the monthly WiFi subscription to be transferred to me. Additionally, they said they would activate the package by calling me at 12 PM on the day I went to Chamchuree. The problem was that it took the employees who spoke only a little bit of English more than 3 hours to provide me a SIM card. Also, I was asked to purchase a 49 Baht SIM, but these team would not give me a SIM without paying 200 Baht for Internet. I wonder, if they use their brain at all.

I'm regular customer here and used to coming here and relax in the morning on the weekend. Now, I'm not sure if I'm coming back here again. After renovate it's lose it vibe. They decide to remove most of the comfortable chair out and replace it with cheap chair and table. Most disturbing is the lighting, it's so bright to the point I'm not able to relax and sit back. Air conditioning is very loud and no music to cover it.

This is a giant coffee shop with big tables. It's connected to some True Sales counters, and I think there might be a bookstore here, too, so you can do pretty much everything. The prices of the coffee are pretty expensive, but it's good coffee and a nice, chill place to hang out and talk. There are two entrances. The coffee is pretty good.
