Tower Club Lounge

I’m currently staying at Lebua and wanted to share how much I’m enjoying the experience so far. I still have a few more days here, and it’s already been a wonderful stay. First, I’d really like to recognise Saiparn at reception who checked me in. After a long journey, being welcomed with such genuine warmth and professionalism made a big difference. She handled everything smoothly and with a calm kindness that immediately made me feel relaxed and well looked after. It’s the kind of arrival that sets the tone for a stay. The rooms have a classic feel and you can notice a little bit of their age in places, but they are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really stands out though is the care taken by the housekeeping team. They are incredibly efficient and thoughtful, and while housekeeping can sometimes go unnoticed, they truly deserve recognition. Every day the room is refreshed beautifully and the team always greet guests with genuine warmth and respect. I’d also like to mention Nine at the breakfast buffet on my first morning. His friendly energy and attentive service made the start of the day feel welcoming and relaxed. He clearly takes pride in looking after guests, as do all the staff I’ve encountered at breakfast. I also want to add a special thank you to Sai, who I met during lunch in the Tower Club Lounge. Her service was exceptional. She has a natural warmth and attentiveness that makes guests feel genuinely looked after, and I was impressed that she even remembered my drinks. It’s those thoughtful touches that turn good service into something memorable. A heartfelt thank you as well to Minni at the reception desk, who truly saved me. She took the time to double-check my travel documents as I had made an error. Within minutes she had contacted my driver and helped rearrange my schedule. Her professionalism, quick thinking, and kindness went well beyond what anyone could expect. So far the service across the hotel has been exceptional. The people here really make the experience special, and I’m very grateful for the kindness and care shown throughout my stay. I’m looking forward to enjoying the rest of my time here.

This was our 4th time staying at Tower Club and it was possibly our best stay ever! We came early for check in around 11:30, and Jack at the front desk got us set up with a room very quickly, which allowed us to head up to the lounge to enjoy a fantastic brunch. We were placed on the 58th floor in a corner room organized differently then the normal room we have recieved in the past. We had a very large seating area, and 2 extra large balconies! The room was so quiet and peaceful, we slept amazing. Breakfast buffet was incredible as always - Sunday was pretty busy and bustling, but Monday was very calm with barely anyone enjoying the facilities. On Sunday I forgot my sunglasses at the table, and they called our room within 30 minutes and had them waiting at the Mozu desk for us to pick up. The staff at the Club Lounge were a huge part of what made our stay fantastic. Every server was kind, polite and attentive. An Auntie remembered us from our stay last year. A newer server, Sai, was so lovely and personable, she remembered our drink order every time we stopped in. The food was always fresh and constantly restocked. The vibes were immaculate. We discovered that there is free tuk tuk shuttle to the nearby BTS skytrain station, and it was so convenient! The driver was fantastic and picked us up right on time. I wasnt feeling great on check out day, and they gave us complimentary late check out for 2pm. We really appreciated the extra time to rest and recover, their kindness really topped off our stay in a fantastic way. We will forever end our visits to Thailand with 2 nights in the Tower club at Lebua. It is the perfect way to recover from a month of backpacking before our 14 hour flight home.

4th time staying at Tower Club, it’s our tradition to stay here every time we come to Bangkok. My favourite hotel in the world. From the beautiful accommodations and well-equipped rooms, to the incredible breakfast buffet, and the amazing Tower Club Lounge that has 12 hours of free food and drinks per day, this is almost like an all-inclusive. Thank you Sai in the Lounge for your always impeccable service and help. Everybody here is always so welcoming, kind, helpful and accommodating. We’re sadly leaving today but can’t wait to come back again next year. Khap Khun Khup to everybody at Lebua, your world-class service and accommodations are very much appreciated!

Our stay at the Lebua State Tower was, overall, a very positive experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable, offering a perfect view over the river. The balcony was a real highlight and contributed significantly to the overall quality of the stay. Breakfast was excellent and felt like a truly premium experience in terms of variety, service, and setting. The Sky Bar itself is a sensational experience from a visual point of view. The view and atmosphere are spectacular and undoubtedly one of the highlights of Bangkok. However, the evening bar experience was also the main downside of our stay. The constant and very structured guiding of guests through the different bars felt overly busy and intrusive rather than relaxed. The intensity of guest handling by parts of the service staff was simply too much and detracted from what should be an effortless and enjoyable evening. There was, however, a clear positive exception in the Pink Bar. The staff member we encountered there was extremely competent, professional, and pleasantly restrained. This demonstrated that a more subtle, confident, and guest-oriented style of service is not only possible but highly effective in this setting. Unfortunately, the cocktails in the Sky Bar were a major disappointment. Neither the Mai Tai nor the Margarita came close to what one would expect from properly executed classic recipes. Given the reputation of the venue and the price level, this was clearly below expectations. In summary, Lebua State Tower offers outstanding rooms, views, service, and an excellent breakfast. While the Sky Bar impresses visually, the overall bar experience and cocktail quality do not currently match the otherwise very high standard of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Tower Club at lebua and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The lounge was a real highlight—beautifully set up, relaxing, and offering stunning views that made every visit special. We spent time at the lounge on the 52nd floor at Mozu, where the service truly stood out. A special mention goes to Sai, who helped us in the lounge. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming, and she made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our time there. Her warm hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, Tower Club at lebua exceeded our expectations with its comfort, ambiance, and exceptional service. We would absolutely recommend it and would love to stay here again.
