The Coffee Club

We usually eat here whenever we visit Bangkok because food and beverages choices are quite plenty, plus the fact that they serve delicious dishes and top coffee experiences. The only problem is that staff are not knowledgable for any queries of the guest. We order 2 breakfast meal then a follow up of Spaghetti today March 7, 2026 at around 2pm then we ask for Parmesan cheese but the waiter on duty does not know what Parmesan cheese means it took awhile that even the Italian guest opposite our table explain to them what Parmesan cheese is, bit still they don't have idea. In the end we eat the spaghetti without parmesan. Next situation we ask to order again but the two waiter who assist us are kind scared or just don't want to attend to us because of language barrier or maybe they are irritated (no idea!). I have to approached the Manager just to get a cappuccino and a soda water. When the cappuccino arrived, it was messed up and it is tasteless ( just hoping they didn't take revenge😁). All in all experienced from before is bettet than now which become bad. A pity, such good Coffee shop looses it's hail days because of untrain staff.

I had a great stay at Maitria! They were very friendly and the service was amazing! The staff are thoughtful and surprised my friend with cake for her birthday. The location is not on the main road so you cannot hear the loud traffic from your room. It is the perfect stay for a trip to Bangkok and I will definitely be returning.

We had an appointment at the puzzle room nearby and wanted a quick bite and the coffee club seemed relatively empty and well rated. Well it took about 45 minutes to get a toasted bread with cheese, bacon,& lettuce on top. Acai bowl was faster at 25 minutes, although it seemed like it was taken out of a freezer. I cannot say it was because of being understaffed as there were equal number of staff to people being served. The manager seemed to be busy doing accounting work. We were also not the only one at the time being underserved, so it was not a chance experience. The quality and quantity of food for price also was unsatisfying. Another issue is that in the outside seating area, clients are allowed to smoke (or at least they are not told off by staff) which limits those not wanting to be exposed to second hand smoke to be relegated to the indoor area. Staff are polite and appolegetic but ultimately there are some issues with quality, conformance and efficiency to be evaluated and course corrected.

I’ve been here 5 times over the past year. Mostly breakfast, most recently lunch. The dessert menu, save room, the banana dessert is excellent. The breakfast menu is varied with great selection, I’ve never been disappointed. Most recently had lunch, chicken and cashews was so flavorful, just the right amount of heat. I mentioned the dessert, yum The price was 650bht or $11us

Arrived at this place at 7 pm. It looks empty and almost knock off time for staff. The girls at the coffee station are already looked slack. Upon arrival, we were introduced and shown to our table. We ordered some food and drinks, the place looked lively again. The staff became active and energetic. I love how they interact with us. We were satisfied with the service.
