Food and drinks: Lots of drinks selection focusing on coffee Decent selection of cake and pastries, decrease food selection compared to before but food comes out fast. Service: The staff are attentive, accommodating and polite. Atmosphere: Chill place to sit and do work (note can be abit loud depending on time of day though)

The Coffee Academics is located at Vela Langsuan. This quiet place is a nice combination to eat or work remotely, meet a friend, and grab a coffee if you want a change of scenery from other restaurant chains like Co Limited, Shabu Baru, Miss Saigon, Quickie, Vaso and so on. I would without a doubt order their carbonara or their excellent coffee selections like their Manuka Honey Coffee that most coffee chains don’t offer. Should you bring your own tumbler, you could get 10% off. It’s a nice incentive to push for minimal plastic use or drinking from a to-go cup. This is a bigger branch than the one at Gaysorn Amarin. The menu shown on Google Reviews is outdated and does not reflect the current menu, which changed in early December 2025. Unfortunately, the new menu is completely different from what we used to enjoy, and the food quality has noticeably declined. We ordered the tuna melt and the pancakes bacon, burgers egg. The tuna melt had an excessive amount of cheese, although the sourdough bread itself was good. The Pancakes Bacon Burgers Egg were very dry. The beef was tough, and the sauce tasted similar to BBQ sauce, which didn’t complement the dish at all. Overall, it was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. Ps. Likednour experience at CA. Dishes that we chose were good and served in a timely manner. Staff were mostly friendly. Coffee is good. Pricey but worth it.

First time here and I love the nomad-friendly vibe. Started my morning with congee and ended my day with pasta and cheesecake — everything was great. The atmosphere is perfect for working, cozy yet energizing. Sorry, no food photos… I ate everything before I realized 🤣🤣
