Chocolate bingsu is quite delicious. Bingsu milk flake is not too sweet. It has ovaltine powder coated on top and some more in a small glass. Pour a little bit of condensed milk for more flavour. Staffs are attentive. Parking lot available from the nine community mall but quite limited space.
