Super slow barista, not very welcoming attitude. Avoid this place.

Sadly, some items are off the menu. Sorry, we don't have ice cream to make affagoto. Store manager recommended the green tea frap instead.

Ordered a Christmas-themed hot peppermint mocha, sipping it down slowly while enjoying a singalong with my daughter and the Christmas soundtrack playing overhead. The mocha was delicious, and the music was awesome The only reason for the one-star ding is the complexity of entering the store in a wheelchair. It is possible, but it takes some exploring to find the back door in the parking garage.

Worst Starbucks experience. They are out of everything and they explain it only after you have placed the order. Had to re-order 4 times because they are incompetent and don't have any overview of what they actually have in stock. And didn't order anything difficult - just drinks from their Christmas menu, but had to order regular hit chocolate because they are out if everything else. Recommend to avoid this place and choose any other location where they actually know what they are doing.

The shop’s atmosphere isn’t bad but.. ALWAYS FREEZING COLD, even for a male adult like me. Starbucks doesn’t have standard for air conditioning?
