K.Keaw is a manager at this store, she was very helpful and took charged very quick to descalated a situation when a rude customer started shooting at my wife saying that be skipped the line in front of him. She approached us and said please sit down and I will take your order. She then returned with our drinks and continued to apologize for the bad experience. My wife and I said to her it's it not the staff fault that rude customers come in the Starbucks. Great customer service on K .Keaw part , would highly recommend this location.

Review: I recently visited Starbucks and had an exceptional experience with the staff. I accidentally placed an order with extra items I didn’t need, and the team handled the situation seamlessly. The staff quickly processed the refund for the extra charges and even followed up with a phone call two weeks later to ensure I had received my refund. The service was truly outstanding, and I was especially impressed with the young lady at the counter. She was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this branch for their excellent customer service!

There are 2 locations of Starbuck here. One is in B2S on the 5th floor and where I have visited is on the 1st floor near Zara Shop. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, music is great, like general Starbuck standard. The staff is very friendly and polite. Many seats available, but always full on the weekends.

Great location as it’s in side B2s bookshop. Also closer to movie theaters.

Good place to take a break, waiting or reading after shopping. Nice and welcome baristas.
