The location is legitimately impressive: spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and filled with a variety of seating options, from cozy corners to communal tables. Whether you’re settling in for work or catching up with friends, there’s room to breathe and relax. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. We ordered a hot caramel macchiato, and it was spot-on. The drink was expertly prepared, with a smooth balance of espresso, velvety steamed milk, and just the right touch of caramel. The blend of coffee and cream was harmonious — rich without being overpowering, sweet without being cloying. If you’re looking for a Starbucks that goes beyond the usual grab-and-go, this Reserve location is worth the visit. It’s not just coffee — it’s a curated experience.

This Reserve branch is located in the Gaysorn Tower, near the connecting walkway to BTS Chidlom. The ambiance is cozy and dimly lit with warm orange lighting that’s easy on the eyes. The air-conditioning is strong, and there are various seating areas, including a chill workspace accompanied by relaxing music. The Reserve line offers a special experience, featuring seasonal coffee beans and premium selections that are different from regular branches. -The staff are friendly, cheerful, and happy to recommend drinks.

A quiet place where I can hide from the blazing heat after making Merit at Erawan Shrine. Staff is helpful when I ask for recommendations which she recommended a drink only in Thailand and I ordered a mushroom pie to go with it.

Great experience with Reserve brew. You may customize how to brew to meet your expectations. You may sit at the counter to see barista to prepare your coffee. They are friendly. They can advise you which type of brew suits your like. You will pay more than standard ‘bucks regular coffee but it is worth every baht you pay.

Starbucks branches are always accommodating especially when you need something to work on whilst having your 'Signature Hot Chocolate'. This place is accessible walking towards the Central World, located at the 2nd floor of Gaysorn left corner. Just a quiet place to sit, relax and do your thing without being distracted. Had a nice stop and of course, their signature service of asking your name to call your drinks when in queue.
