Bad customer service. We ordered deep fried soft shell crabs and it turned out the food is not fresh. The taste was weird and smell is bad. So, we told the manager about the food and he said okay but never came back to us. So, rude.
Something that is truly underrated at the heart of Watthana district! Loved the Isan style sausage and their crispy oyster omelette that is really filling! The staffs are friendly and it is something that I will definitely visit once more!
Don't be fooled by the exterior! From the outside, it looks like a simple open-air spot, but the restaurant is actually huge and extends deep inside with a comfortable air-conditioned section—perfect for escaping the Bangkok heat. The Food: Pad Thai: Delicious and authentic. A safe and satisfying choice. Deep Fried Pork Ribs: These were my highlight! They are crispy and taste amazing when dipped in the spicy-sour chili sauce (sambal). Perfectly savory. Grilled Salt-Crusted Fish: The fish was fresh and okay overall, but be careful with the skin and outer layer—it is extremely salty. Also, some thicker parts of the meat were a bit bland, so you definitely need the dipping sauce. Overall, a great place for a meal with plenty of seating options.
A great, underrated local spot in a quieter soi off Sukhumvit — recommended by our taxi driver, who clearly knew his stuff when it came to good, no-fuss Thai food. We dropped in for lunch and ordered their two popular dishes: - Papaya salad (Som Tum) — easily one of the best we’ve had in Bangkok; fresh, punchy, and perfectly balanced - Grilled chicken (Gai Yang) — nicely marinated and grilled, served with a fantastic dipping sauce The overall setup is basic but clean, clearly catering to a more local crowd. No frills, just solid food in a calm setting. ✅ Would definitely recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a simple, satisfying meal without the tourist buzz.
The food here is really good, and the seafood is super fresh! The stir-fried noodles are delicious and full of flavor. The only downside is that the air conditioning isn’t very strong, but overall it’s a great place — tasty food at a very affordable price! Highly recommend.
