Modern, clean and tidy. Plenty of dessert choices. I selected my default test combo - dirty x banana bread. Good thick slab of butter. Bread can be warmed up more otherwise butter won’t melt. A bit on the dry side. Dirty (less sweet requested) was excellent. I liked the weight of the cream. They also let me select between dark and medium roast to be used. A bit on the warm side. Can be improved with an iced glass and colder cream/milk. Overall experience was decent.
Very calm caffe at the heart of Ekkamai. Coffee is great with wide variety of roasts and bean. The staff is super friendly too. I tried the cookies (no, i didn't dance 😆) and it was good.
We ordered the mocha and coconut matcha—both drinks were okay. However, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The banana cake was soft but lacked the distinct banana aroma and flavor. The pancake bacon dish also fell a bit short—the pancakes were dry and lacked flavor, and the bacon wasn’t as crispy as we’d hoped. The truffle sauce was the highlight, adding a nice touch to the dish. On the bright side, the service was good, and there’s free parking available for one hour. Overall, it’s a nice spot for drinks, but we wouldn’t recommend it for food.
This cafe is off the main road slightly hidden but amazing. Definitely worth the walk from the BTS Ekkamai. The warm greeting from both the staff as soon as you step in the front door sets the mood for your visit and this is continued throughout your stay. The decor is modern, simple, clean while also being warm and cosy with relaxing music playing in the background. The cheese cake is a perfect portion size and is so light and fluffy it melts in your mouth. The latte was brilliant. I ordered medium roast. Not too hot yet not cold. The coffee and the milk were a perfect fusion. One cup was not enough so I ordered an Americano which again was the perfect temperature to drink allowing the full flavour of the beans to be appreciated. Best coffee I’ve had in Bangkok. Compliments to the barista.
Cosy and minimalist Korean style cafe. The pastries are good. We tried some special Christmas drinks and they were surprisingly delicious (watermelon and matcha). The second floor is a concept home and fashion store.
